The Icon Fund

    {What does The Icon Fund do?}

Founded by Elias Damianakis in 2000 and incorporated as a NPO in 2006, its' vision is to promote, protect and preserve our precious Orthodox Inheritance, via conservation of art, education and awareness. While enriching new churches and Missions of the Orthodox World with newly rendered icons and creating sacred space for future generations.

Mission: To inspire people to care more about our Holy Mother Church, The Patriarchate of Constantinople and life within them and to encourage people to become involved in Orthodox Church and Icon conservation. Support Mission Communities with Iconographic needs to create sacred space for Orthodox worship. To restore and preserve works of art in the United States and abroad. To educate and bring awareness of the condition of historical churches and the immediate attention needed to save and protect these treasures of the world.

Vision: To promote, respect and protect our precious Inheritance and endow our sacred future the resources through life-altering art, education and awareness.
